Creating A Great Tasting Egg White Quiche
Egg white quiche is a delicious dish that many find enjoyable. Though it is typically made the French way, you will see it cooked in various ways in international cuisine’s context. Often, egg white quiche is baked; many cooks say it is a relatively easy meal to make. You can make your egg-white quiche tasty and healthy by adding more ingredients and vegetables such as garlic, spinach and mushrooms. Here-s how you go about doing that:

You will need:
1/2 cup of butter
1 chopped small onion
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 drained can of mushrooms
1 package of chopped frozen spinach (thaw and drain it)
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 package of crumbled garlic feta and herb
1 unbaked pie crust (deep dish)
Pepper and salt to taste
1 cup of milk
4 beaten eggs

Directions
1.Heat the oven to 190C (375F).
2.Using an average skillet, melt the butter using medium heat.
3.Saut onion and garlic in the butter; leave it in for at least seven minutes until it turns light brown.
4.Mix and stir the mushrooms, spinach, cheddar cheese and feta; add pepper and salt and spoon the mixture to form a pie crust.
5.Use a medium-sized bowl to whisk milk and eggs together. Pour the mixture into a pastry shell and allow the egg mixture to combine thoroughly with that of spinach.
6.Put this inside the already heated oven and bake for at least 15 minutes.
7.Sprinkle the top with the cheddar cheeses that remained and bake for another 35 or 40 minutes or until the centre is set.
8.Remove from the oven and let it cool for at least 10 minutes then serve.
